In 2020, artist Mohammed Al-Attas founded The Warehouse with his family and friends. With contributions from the local artist community, they shaped the place they needed: somewhere their voices could be heard, their work could be seen, and every artist and musician could build on a strong foundation.

Today, in JAX District, Diriyah, we bring a live stage, creative production and a music-loving community together. Here, a show begins a bigger story: a voice that reaches people, a growing portfolio, and new opportunities.

Space & capacity

244.3 m² audience area, a 40.5 m² stage, 27.3 m² balcony and 10.3 m² backstage. Up to 350 standing or 300 seated, depending on layout and booking requirements.

Sound & musical equipment

Soundcraft Ui24 mixer, RCF EVOX J12 system, stage monitors and an Alto 18 subwoofer. Shure and Rode microphones, DW/PDP drums, and guitar and bass amplification. Your show’s equipment is confirmed in the agreement.

Facilities & production

Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, restrooms, a café area, screen and projector, and loading access. We plan your event’s needs, crew and required equipment with you before booking.
